If any of the following acts are committed, it shall be considered as an offense against civil action:-
(a) If a security guard or chaperone is forced or caused to do so,
(b) enters any house or place with intent to commit robbery,
(c) If he falls asleep at his post or takes any kind of drug or intoxicant,
(d) If he leaves his guard, picket, patrol or post duty without the permission of his superior officer,
(e) knowingly or negligently gives a signal or notice of terror in a camp, garrison or quarter or spreads news of wanton harassment or terror,
(f) If a person without authority is given parole, signal word (watch word and counter sign) or if a authorized person is knowingly given a fake or different parole, signal word.
